  • Users agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, reverse engineer systems, or interfere with app security.

Accounts and membership

  • Membership access is planned to require secure account sign-in.
  • Users are responsible for keeping account credentials private.
  • Subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details are described on the Billing page.
  • BioBalance may update features, membership tiers, or pricing before public launch.

User content and health records

Users may enter journal notes, symptoms, goals, lab values, wearable records, medication or supplement protocols, photos, and care notes. Users retain responsibility for deciding what to track, what to share, and what to discuss with a licensed professional.

Limitations

BioBalance is not liable for decisions made solely from app content, user-entered data, automated insights, wearable imports, scanner results, lab uploads, or third-party information. Users should consult appropriate professionals before medical, medication, supplement, treatment, or health-program changes.
